What Our Schools Say

Opinions matter

We want every school we work with to receive products and customer service that go beyond expectations. We also want each project to exceed expectations in terms of impact and return on investment. Each term we collate feedback from the schools we’ve worked with to ensure we meet the very high standards we set ourselves. We ask schools to rate us – and our work – out of 5 (where 5 is ‘exceeds expectations’) in three areas. Average scores from schools we worked with during the Summer and Autumn terms (2016) are as follows:

  • 4.5 out of 5 – for the level of service provided by Words&Pictures
  • 4.4 out of 5 – for the quality of work delivered by Words&Pictures
  • 4.2 out of 5 – for the impact the work delivered by Words&Pictures has had

The Education team are delighted with these results. Here is a selection of comments from the schools:

“The professionalism of the W&P team and their manner with the pupils is excellent.” Beechwood Primary School, Luton

“All of the team at Words&Pictures are amazing! It is an absolute pleasure working with members of your team on Twenty Twenty news magazine.” Dene Community School, Peterlee

“No improvements needed – always on time and generally fab! W&P are very thorough and pick up on things I miss.” Prince Henry’s Grammar School, Otley

“Everything is excellent – from superb planning and organisation to excellent creatives and fabulous photography.” Upper Batley High School, Batley

We love working with schools, we want you to love working with us too.
